Aug 23 Meeting with Jon Frederick, 2 pm, to discuss bid.
Aug 23 Board of Selectmen meeting. Receipt of bid acknowledged. Motion made, seconded and voted to accept the bid of $159,850 and authorized the Town Manager to execute all documents pertaining to. Minutes of meeting.

2022Jan 13 First LCHIP Payment of $34,250 sent to the Town of Jaffrey. Check
March 8 Meeting at the Meetinghouse including Brad Davis, painting sub-contractors (Stebbins) and Rob Stephenson. Walk-through. Discussed logistics.
March 17 Jaffrey DPW workers remove items from the Tower balcony level and level above and place on gallery floor. After construction is completed items will be sorted and removed to the old Fire Station for storage; placed back into the Tower; or thrown out. See photo 1 photo 2
